Self-hosted document management, signing and wikis
If you want your paperwork, contracts and team documents on a server you control instead of in someone else's cloud, these are the document apps CoreHost runs for you. Paperless-ngx scans, reads and files every document you own, DocuSeal sends PDFs to be filled in and signed, Wiki.js holds your team's knowledge, and Etherpad lets a group write together live. Each is a private instance at a flat price, with daily backups and SFTP access.

Which one fits the job
These apps solve different problems, so many people run more than one. Paperless-ngx is an archive: documents come in, get read and filed, and you search for them later. DocuSeal is for documents other people need to sign. Wiki.js is for knowledge you write and keep up to date, such as how-tos, policies and onboarding notes. Etherpad is for a document a group writes at the same time, such as meeting notes or a first draft.
Paperless-ngx is the heaviest, because reading scanned pages with OCR needs real memory, so it starts on the Power plan. The others run on Lite.
Private by default
Every one of these apps starts locked. The admin or owner account is created for you when the app is installed, with a generated password shown in your control panel, so nobody can claim a fresh instance before you do. You decide who else gets an account, and the per-app firewall can limit access to the IP addresses you choose.
Documents live in your app's storage in the region you choose, Sydney or Poland for new apps, and the daily backups include them. Encrypted backups are stored in the EU.
What it costs
DocuSeal, Wiki.js and Etherpad run on the Lite plan, US$1.10 a month in Poland or US$1.50 in Sydney. Paperless-ngx starts on Power, US$2.90 a month in Poland. Need room for more documents? Add storage in 25 GB blocks from the panel. There are no per-seat charges, and every new account starts with $5 of credit, no card needed.
