Self-hosted developer tools: Git, backends and utilities
If you want your code, your backend and your everyday developer tools on a server you control, these are the developer apps CoreHost runs for you. Gitea and Forgejo host your Git repositories with issues and pull requests, PocketBase is a backend in one app, ByteStash keeps your code snippets, and IT-Tools and CyberChef are private toolboxes for the small jobs. Each is its own instance at a flat price, with daily backups and SFTP access.

Gitea or Forgejo?
Both give you Git over HTTPS, pull requests, issues, a wiki and Actions-compatible CI, and both import repositories from GitHub and GitLab. Forgejo is a community-governed project that started as a fork of Gitea; the two have drifted apart over time, but day to day they feel very similar. If you have no preference, pick the one whose roadmap and community you like better; either works well for a small team.
Tools that keep your data private
Pasting a token, a log line or a customer record into a random website is a risk. IT-Tools and CyberChef do their work in your browser, and running your own copy means you know exactly which page you are using. They store nothing, so there is nothing to back up or configure.
PocketBase and ByteStash start locked: the admin or owner account is created when the app is installed and its password is shown in your control panel, so nobody can claim a fresh instance before you do.
What it costs
PocketBase, ByteStash, IT-Tools and CyberChef run on the Lite plan, US$1.10 a month in Poland or US$1.50 in Sydney. Gitea and Forgejo start on Standard, US$1.70 a month in Poland, and you can add storage in 25 GB blocks as your repositories grow. There are no per-seat charges.
