WallosWhat you're getting
Wallos is an open source subscription tracker. You list every recurring payment, from streaming and software to insurance and memberships, and it shows what each one costs per month and per year in your own currency, which renewals are coming next and how your spending splits across categories and household members.
It sends a reminder before each renewal by email, Discord, Telegram, Pushover, ntfy, Gotify or a webhook, keeps a calendar you can subscribe to from your phone, and can compare your total against a budget.
On CoreHost, Wallos runs on its own managed instance in Sydney or Poland. Sign in is always required: your instance starts with one owner account and a password generated for it, registration is closed, and the switches inside the app that would open an instance to the public are held off. We handle the server, TLS, updates and daily backups.

Already running Wallos on PikaPods, a VPS or your own server? You can bring your data with you. Deploy the app here first, then follow the route below, and keep your old app until you are happy.
Use Wallos's own import
The Admin page can import a Wallos backup from another installation, or you can add your subscriptions again in the browser.
Ways to move it
- Do it yourself. Deploy Wallos, let it start once, then use the steps on this page, with SFTP and the file manager in the Files tab. A backup taken first gives you a clean point to go back to.
- Ask us to move it. Open a ticket from your control panel with the app and where it runs now. Support will tell you what can be moved and help you do it, and nobody touches your old app.
Coming from PikaPods? Switch on SFTP in the pod's settings, stop the pod and copy its files; PikaPods documents this as its manual backup for migrations.
