Upload your files over SFTP into the music folder using the connection details on your app page. Navidrome watches the folder and scans new files into your library automatically.

Which player apps can I use?

Any Subsonic or OpenSubsonic client, including Symfonium, play:Sub, Feishin, DSub and substreamer, plus the built in web player in any browser. Point the app at your server address and sign in with your Navidrome account.

Is this a way to get music for free?

No. Navidrome only plays music you already own and upload yourself. It does not download or provide any music, in line with our terms of service.
