Memos is a lightweight, privacy-first place to capture thoughts the instant you have them. Type a line, save it, and it lands on a clean, newest-first timeline you can search, tag, and revisit. Everything is Markdown, so a fast jot and a longer note use the same familiar syntax, and nothing you write is mined, profiled, or used for training.

It works like a personal microblog. Hashtags group notes into ad hoc collections, full-text search brings anything back in a keystroke, and you can keep a memo private, share a single one by link, or make your whole timeline public as a lightweight blog. Code blocks, checklists, image uploads, and the official mobile and browser companions plus a REST API mean you can capture from anywhere. Your instance runs on Australian infrastructure with managed updates and nightly backups, storing everything in a single SQLite database.
